Who we are

This website, cityofglassukraine.com, presents the City of Glass industrial park in Berezan, Kyiv region, Ukraine. It is run by City One Development (“we”). For any question about your data, write to ovl@city1development.com.ua.

What we collect

When you request a teaser on this website: your name, company, work email and the teasers you choose.
When you fill in one of our forms on LinkedIn: the details shown in that form, such as your name, work email, company, job title and country, and your answer to any optional question.
When you email us: your email address and what you write.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

We use your details only to send you the teasers you asked for, to answer your questions and to follow up about a possible role for your company in the park. Our legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it. We do not sell your data and we do not send newsletters.

Who processes it for us

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives the website form.
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company processes the forms you fill in on LinkedIn, under LinkedIn’s own terms.
Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we agree to work together.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to stop contacting you. Write to ovl@city1development.com.ua and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
